Who we are

OVERCLOCK MINDS LTD ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17120394, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. What we collect, and why

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (if you provide it), your message, and the IP address the request came from (used for abuse prevention and rate limiting). We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Who processes your data

Enquiry emails are delivered through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), our email delivery provider, and stored on our hosting infrastructure within the UK/EU. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else, and we never use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. If you'd like an enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we'll do it promptly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@overclockminds.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
